The Residences at McKay Tower Launches Website

August 7, 2007 – Grand Rapids, MIchigan –The Residences at McKay Tower today officially launched its website and accompanying marketing effort today.

To date, the existence of The Residences at McKay Tower has been a rumor circulating among those in the know in and around Grand Rapids. Today marks the official unveiling of the project to the community at large.

Mark Roller, owner of McKay Tower Partners, the developer for The Residence at McKay Tower stated about the milestone: "We are pleased to finally introduce The Residences at McKay Tower to the market." He added, "we have been working behind the scenes to build the appropriate infrastructure for so long, it feels great to finally offer what we believe to be a fantastic product to Grand Rapids."

To date, one unit has been sold and three other buyers are moving through the design and purchase process. A model unit as well as the owner's lounge is currently being constructed.
